Retention
Contact-form submissions are stored for twelve months so we can follow up if you get in touch again about the same question. Server logs (IP address, user agent, request URL) live for thirty days and are used only for security and abuse investigations. After these periods the data is deleted automatically. Backups roll off on the same schedule; there is no long-lived archive of reader messages on Nordicslots.

International transfers
Some of our subprocessors (email, analytics) operate infrastructure in the European Economic Area and, for a subset of services, in the United States. Transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and the additional safeguards published by the vendor (encryption in transit and at rest, IP truncation, access logs). A current subprocessor list is available on request; we update it whenever a vendor changes.

Third parties
Nordicslots shares data with a small number of providers: an email delivery service, a website analytics tool with IP truncation, and the affiliate networks that route the Sign up buttons. Each has its own agreement with us; none receives more than what is strictly needed to run that service. Comment or third-party ad networks are not embedded on reading pages — you can verify this by checking the network tab of your browser.

For anything privacy-related — access, correction, deletion, portability, or an objection to processing — write to privacy at nordicslots dot net. We answer inside thirty days and confirm what action we took. Escalation to your national supervisory authority is always your right; in Norway that is the Datatilsynet.

How we use
We use collected data to answer your messages, to prevent abuse (comment spam, form-bot traffic), and to understand aggregate usage of the site. We do not build advertising profiles and do not sell reader data. Affiliate clicks are tracked at the target operator, not on Nordicslots; when you follow one of our Sign up buttons the destination site's own privacy notice takes over.

What we collect
On Nordicslots we collect: the content of contact-form submissions, the email address you used to send them, technical request metadata (IP address, browser, referrer, requested page) and — if you accept the cookie banner — anonymised analytics events. We do not ask for financial details on this site, and there is no field on any form that expects a card number, IBAN or wallet address.
